When you already have enough for a carefree life, money becomes power instead and then you can exert your will on the world. In the context of SKG, Minecraft seems pretty unkillable to me.
If Microsoft disappeared overnight, everyone could still play Minecraft.
I guess there is a login system, but back when I used to play MC, you could play offline with cracked copies.
