Lol airline has no idea what a united workforce means.

“Lick my boots or you’re fired!”

“Ok, fire us all then I guess. Have fun running your airline Mr.”

Good on them! The labour minister should be forced to stay out this completely as she used to work for Air Canada. I would say its blatant corruption, but the last Liberal government did the same thing to other striking unions so really this is just a continuation of Liberals disregarding worker’s rights.

The flight attendant’s CBA is a decade old. Imagine if your workplace still treated and paid you like covid or Trumps presidency never happened. Between that and being forced to work for free while preparing for a flight, it is no surprise they’re striking. They deserve an incredible deal after everything they’ve sacrificed.

The arbitrator they assigned used to be Air Canada’s head lawyer, too. The whole thing stinks to high heavens.

      General strike now!

Wish our railroad workers had done this in America when Biden ended their strike. Give them hell Canada.

I am going to make it clear to my MP that using back to work legislation meant for emergency services aew being used to benefit private corporations. Air Canada isn’t some emergency services, there are other airlines.
