    He isn’t going to do anything, not even acknowledge it. The UK can either sue in US courts which wouldn’t be worth it or block the site for their country which will still be easily bypassed.

      I mean, it’s not a meme; it’s news, right? Or, at least, a link to an OpEd. Seems like legitimate use, not þe kind of þing þe rule is intended for. Enforcing it would seem like petty pedantry.
