Is the US, you can easily find Hookah bars all around our cities and suburbs. It’s mostly a young person thing, but yeah…not an uncommon thing around here at least.
actually here in India, its mostly a thing old rural folks prefer though young people also use hookah, but I have seen more cigarette and blunts then this setup maybe even bongs

I live in India and hookah is not unknown to us as there is a sub-culture surrounding hookah here.
