Not much to tell, the guy is in jail pending trial for one count of 2nd degree murder, one count of attempted murder. I believe the ‘reckless use of a firearm’ and related charges are dropped or stayed.
He definitely did it. I spoke with the accused’s then girlfriend, apparently it was a coke deal gone wrong and he had taken his dad’s pistol to the exchange. I did not get a straight answer as to whether it was him attempting to rob them or vice versa.
The humping was pre murder, just a drunken ‘joke’ that didn’t involve any skin contact and lasted only a moment, but now I get to tell people that “hey did you know John got humped by a murderer once?”

My brother in law was humped by a murderer at an office party. Office is ~200 people.

Taking a gun to a drug deal is generally a bad idea.
