Right at the top. So this isn’t about how someone is fleeing the US, which the title kind of hints to.
For some reason it really irks me when people insist on adding religious undertones to mundane activities. Like calling fika a ritual? You could express it in plain English as well; coffee break. That’s literally all a fikapaus is. There’s nothing religious about it, and there are no particular requirements. You don’t have to consume a beverage, and if choose to, it doesn’t have to be coffee. Nor do you need to eat anything, hell I think it’s more common to not eat anything.
This article is essentially “I went on vacation and feel refreshed.” Whoa!
