If we could just cross-reference with the top 500 of the entertainment industry. Just to know who is who.
We need to see who didn’t sign it an avoid them
What I found
More than 1,300 film industry professionals, including actors, directors, and other creatives, have signed a pledge to boycott Israeli film institutions and companies they allege are “implicated in genocide and apartheid” against Palestinians
. The pledge was organized by the group Film Workers for Palestine and released in early September 2025.
The following prominent actors have signed the Film Workers for Palestine pledge:
Riz Ahmed
Javier Bardem
Olivia Colman
Ayo Edebiri
Mark Ruffalo
Susan Sarandon
Morgan Spector
Tilda Swinton
Aimee Lou Wood
Debra Winger
Joe Alwyn
Cynthia Nixon
Josh O’Connor
Melissa Barrera
Actors who have supported ceasefire and pro-Palestine efforts
Many other actors have publicly advocated for a ceasefire or supported the Palestinian cause through other petitions, social media posts, or donations.
Other notable names include:
Mahershala Ali: Signed a 2024 call to action with Artists4Ceasefire urging an end to U.S. arms sales to Israel.
Cate Blanchett: Signed the Artists4Ceasefire open letter.
John Cusack: Signed the Artists4Ceasefire open letter.
Andrew Garfield: Wore a “peace lily” pin supporting a ceasefire at the 2024 Academy Awards.
Angelina Jolie: Has been a vocal advocate for Palestinian rights, posting on social media and sharing reports from Doctors Without Borders.
Joaquin Phoenix: Signed the Artists4Ceasefire letter.
Pedro Pascal: Signed an open letter condemning the film industry’s silence on Gaza.
Mark Ruffalo: A vocal member of Artists4Ceasefire who has worn a “peace lily” pin and called for a ceasefire.
Susan Sarandon: Was dropped by her talent agency after attending a pro-Palestine rally and signed the Film Workers for Palestine pledge.
Emma Watson: Was defended by fellow celebrities after posting pro-Palestinian messaging on Instagram.
Ramy Youssef: Wore an Artists4Ceasefire pin at the 2024 Academy Awards and spoke out for a permanent ceasefire.
That takes a lot of guts. To support them we should also promise not to consume any content created by zionist-supporting media companies. Let them air their trash in Israel only.
Death, death to the IDF!
Who?
Not Natalie Portman?
