It’s only mildly because it’s owned by a POS company in Germany, so it’s to be expected. I can see how they carefully crafted it.

This sounds like what tge commission was saying, right? The court did not rule against them per se, it just said all the rules of tge game actually have to be codified which is fair.
In another article, this should piss the Europeans off. I think another word, and a more accurate one, would be dictator.
