Several competitors on the Scottish island of Easdale used stones that were ground down to be perfectly circular.

Ooft, the prize is literally just a trophy, why would you cheat this? Skimming takes skill, but to win you surely need a healthy dose of luck too. Anyway, Easdale looks a fun place to visit

    Amazing. I like to think they admitted the cheating after seeing the winner’s throws, because god damn, averaging just shy of 60m each time? They’re gonna need to make the quarry bigger for this guy

    Plenty of video games have no prize at all, yet people still cheat like crazy. Nobody knows why.
