My wife can’t handle a spider that huge right on our window so I gotta move her. It’s knocking down the web when she’s not in it sufficient?

Many orb weavers will eat their web after dawn, and rebuild at dusk, so knocking it down probably won’t help.
Scoop em up and relocate
Just scoop her in a glass or some Tupperware and place her in the yard outside.
If someone answers tag me, we have some that hang webs in our door frames.
