I actually intentionally avoided providing Undertale as a reference to the composer. Instead I targeted a lot of game soundtracks that most people haven’t heard. Dragon Seeds for PS1, Turok 2 for the gameboy. I think the composer took some inspiration himself from Earthbound rather than Undertale, but obviously it’s pretty similar in tone.
