You won’t have to enable Windows Backup to get extended Windows 10 security updates in the European Economic Area.

Fuck… less reasons for normal people to switch. They will stay on windows forever.
They can stick their update in their… Nevermind
Should have required removing having to login into a Microsoft account to get the extension, since that’s been one of the reasons people don’t want to move to Windows 11.
So if you don’t want to log into a Windows account then might as well move to Windows 11 with there being ways to bypass it and keep getting security updates without signing in like Windows wants.
Or move to Windows 10 ltsc.
