This is an Isz from The Maxx. They come in two varieties depending on they are from. One mean one not so mean. Not only do they have feet but their heads are more oval shaped than the HHGTTG Cosmic Cutie. Also Cosmic Cutie was not Adams idea, the American publisher added it to the cover art, he hated it and made absolutely sure that it wasn’t in the movie.
