What does anyone gain by doing so?
Arson is rarely the cause of fires.
Fires are rare in general, and the timing of this one is very suspicious.
But 100% of arson causes fire damage. It’s not like a car, where there’s a purpose other than fire damage.
We should outlaw arson.
