It’s also regional. Most people around here click their tongues at cats. In Quebec I’ve heard people whisper “ici” at cats.

11·3 years agoThere’s been a couple of, I dunno, “benevolent hegemonies”? in tech over the years. The weird thing is that as much as I hate the idea of monopoly, the smart play is usually to embrace them, because if they’re benevolent enough a lot of good comes before the fall. There’s always a fall though.
