Yes! I put up signs and posted online, but no one ever claimed her, so I officially adopted her and named her Luna. She’s now quite happy and healthy, and chipped. Vet found that she was already spayed so that was one less thing to worry about. Also estimated about nine months old, so younger than I had thought.

Now I’m trying to work through some behavioral issues: she poops on the bathroom floor instead of her litterbox, and she’s obsessed with her food. But she’s still a sweetie pie.

I brought her to an adoption center up the road and they were able to tell me she had no chip. They also gave me some supplies since I didn’t have anything - they’ve been really great.
