(I know it’s because most bad habits are things you have to consciously decide to change and not just wait for them to go away with time but God come on )

Realized recently that as a result of growing up in an abusive and generally dysfunctional adoptive family I have a huge issue with people pleasing irl.

I’ve gotten like maybe 5% better recently and now almost everyone is mad at me :(

Kinda nervous because I have to drive to a new area thats like an hour from where I live because my friend said its really good for community day. And my one friend is bringing his friends because its one of their birthday weekends and he said they might not even play with us, they might just like hang out
