Yup, I gave up my 70 hour work weeks. My 50 hour weeks grew my salary and position, then my 60 hour weeks put me in charge of massive projects, which drove me to 70 hours during a couple ERP implementations. I took a paycut overall, but now I work 40 hours.
For a meager $18000/year with copays and premiums. Murica!
Exercise is what helped me. I tried kayaking, found it to be nice but a lot of overhead. So cycling became a passion. Cover a lot of ground, see nature, get a lot of perspective, release endorphins in a healthy way. I did both road cycling and mountain biking.
It basically saved me from some dark times. I have a young child now, so on a hiatus, but will be back to it once she is old enough to go on rides.
As a longtime Monkey Island game connoisseur, this system requires more pulleys.

Easily one of my favorite games of all time. I had played it on an emulator for a number of years, and the. I found it at a flea market for $0.50 about 15 years ago and played it on my TG express an absurd amount.
