Are you on the diy discord? They should be able to answer this. I don’t think a higher dose will mean longer lasting, afaik that might just make your levels swing more which can be uncomfortable. Also there isn’t really a way to tell your levels, your body mostly reacts to fluctuations and not the concentration. There are some simulators like estrannaise that can help you gauge that.
