That’s really nice handwriting, I think the nurse knows English but isn’t comfortable using it. Copying from a translation wouldn’t be that legible without practice, I’ve been practicing for 30 years and it doesn’t look that neat

I hate explaining things, there’s for sure other people out there and even in YouTube that can explain it better. So instead I just give sarcastic answers and hope they don’t believe me. I do think mansplaining is hilarious though, and will mock it sometimes by doing it back to whoever started. But I don’t like getting hit so I don’t do it so often anymore

If you have the volunteers for it, can you process and can any of it to last longer? Portion and freeze vegetables for pan frying later, dice (or blend with some onion and garlic) the tomatoes to can them, etc.
