It’s great to find a fellow fan of the steam controller. I feel a lot of people didn’t really like the touchpad instead of a joystick and just discounted it as a fun, but impractical, experiment.

I bought the first steam controller, and tbh it’s really fun to use. I’ve beaten dark souls 1 dozens of times in it, and it works as new.

They both had releases in the last couple months, very different from what they have done before. I don’t understand why the age of the act makes my argument that there’s still good music being made and released right now any worse.

There are younger acts with good music, too, and plenty of people have mentioned them in other threads.

Yeah, when King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard is releasing new music, or when Godspeed you! Black Emperor has a new banger of an album calling attention to the genocide, you can’t just say “there’s no good music around”

I have and will continue to bang men, but I couldn’t stand grindr. It’s just really slimy.

I probably spent so much time during my formative years (and some of my adulthood) playing Age of Empires II and Age of Mythology that these were the only ones I could remember off the top of my head. Many others I can remember if I think about the game, but not as easy.

Also, Asylum Demon, Firelink Shrine, Ornstein and Smough and Gwyn Lord of Cinder from Dark Souls 1. I’ve probably beat that game dozens, if not hundreds of times, and have used a ton of playthroughs as background noise before going to bed.

I haven’t played Dota 2 in maybe 10 years, and when I read your post I could hear it in my mind.

I played a lot of Hades because the play cycle was fun, and getting good was enjoyable. But once I finished the story, and I romanced who I wanted to romance, I’ve never picked it up again. And I like it that way.

Great graphics are shit if you don’t have good art direction, but great art direction can sorta stand on its own. Then you have the rare moments where you have great graphics with great art direction like RDR2 or BG3

Yeah I realized how silly it looks when I wrote it, but to me it feels late because I spent all my adolescence and 20s just feeling like shit for what I thought was no reason, while trying to fit in into cis and heteronormative society instead of embracing the fact that I’m different and that’s OK.

Doesn’t help that I might as well be a dinosaur in most queer spaces around my area, coming back to the original point, where I don’t feel like I fit in because everyone is beautiful and young and I’m… Not.

As a queer amab person who finally made peace with being queer and trans very late in life (at about 30), I think I skipped the twink window, and I’ve never felt hot enough to exist in queer circles. I’ve always felt ugly (sled esteem issues and body dysphoria don’t help), but being over 30 and not having perfect skin, a tight body and amazing fits? Might as well be straight and cis.
