I personally recommend Mountain of Faith (Touhou 10). It doesn’t have any complex extra mechanics, and you can also buy it digitally on Steam which is a plus.

In this case, mostly with slave labour. As long as the workforce is abundant enough, big fields shouldn’t be an issue.
