I would absolutely categorize Control as a metroidvania game. It has all the characteristics of one. I know some debate it because it’s so combat focused but aside from that it checks all the Metroidvania boxes.

There will be more than a few that will gladly sacrifice themselves for their great leader.

This is totally it. They are preparing JD to take over the party after Trump, but it’s hard to do that when he’s married to the exact type of person the base dislikes.

Unfortunately the major outlets that claim to be more left are really just right wing lite, and at the end of the day they are still part of the propaganda machine.

The right wing media is just waiting for the handful of police reports to come in from the weekend to fixate upon, and talk about non stop, so they can make that “violent uprising” a reality for their viewers.

They are not all dangerous. Most are just ignorant. Sometimes willfully so. They have been conditioned to never even think about questioning the rules, so they never had that moment where they thought “wait none of this makes any sense”. We should be more compassionate towards these folks. Most of them are not bad people they are just incapable of questioning their place in the universe.

Great song and an amazing band. I’m looking forward to their new album.
All that delicious palm oil

It drive me nuts sometimes. I used to spend about 20 minutes a night looking over my game library thinking about what kind of mood I’m in. Lately I have been trying to stick to one game at a time but it doesn’t always work out either.
GP is great for trying out games. It has already saved me from buying a few games I ended up being disappointed with. But I’ve also been really surprised by games I didn’t think I’d enjoy. I have heard a lot of good things about Expedition 33. I’ll give that one a go after I finish RE7!

I’m sorry to hear that but I totally get it. Horror games aren’t for everyone. I haven’t played the RE 4 remake but it’s on my list! Gamepass is great for exactly how you experienced RE4. Unfortunately for me it’s made playing games a bit like picking out something to watch on Netflix. Just too many options.

Resident Evil 7. The last game I played was RE5 and I really didn’t enjoy it. It’s been years but I played the remake of RE2 when it came out and loved it. Picked up 7 and 8 during a recent steam sale. So far RE 7 is shaping up to be one of my favorites in the series.
Life’s little mysteries!
It is just an alternative way to let a dude down while having a good dark humor joke at the end to soften the blow to their ego.
Guy and Girl are good friends. The Guy allows the Girl to give out his phone number to other dudes who hit on the Girl when she isn’t interested. When those other dudes call the number the Guy answers and explains that the Girl has been dead for 15 years. The other dudes are left confused because they just physically met the Girl and they are left thinking was that girl a ghost?

Leaving the house is overrated. Besides there are other people out there. Who wants to deal with that?

There’s no hate better than Christian love!

I have a few cops in my extended family and I can guarantee you they love what is happening right now and can’t wait for the national guard to be in their backyard.

Destiny when Cayde 6 died. There was a goodbye message Cayde left for his son saying something like “I’m coming home”. Well it was right around when my father passed and I was a fucking wreck.
That’s because we actually don’t give a shit about war crimes but we do give a shit about money and profits for our billionaire club.
