nope I just used to 120hz and gonna use mull for logging in accounts so no need for resist fingerprinting. I use another disposable browser for anonymity.
many vpns support custom dns servers in their clients i use windscribe with next dns as custom dns
I don’t think you can block first party ads using adguard dns
