@gcluley@mastodon.green While I agree with your last sentence, the insolvency was only catalyzed by the ransomware attack, but the issues were present well before. The guy in the white shirt is the trustee in bankruptcy and he says around 00:54 that miscalculation (prices weren’t increased enough to cover increased cost) was a major factor.

This is also a repeating pattern: Already struggling companies are pushed over the edge by an attack.

@gcluley@mastodon.green Also, I’m not sure if that’s a thing over there, but we have lots of scam schemes around firewood. Usually, cheap wood offered on Classifieds, prepayment arranged, delivery never happens.
