I also buy in bulk and did not appreciate how light and fluffy it was. I bought a bag on sale from Mt Rose Herbs, it was a long time ago I don’t remember how many ounces, but was more than 1, at most 4, and it was huge! I used it all the time. Lots of it, in any dish it could plausibly go in. That was more than a decade ago, maybe 2 now, but I’m still heavy-handed with it and use a lot to this day… just not as much as I used to.

My husband built me a gaming computer and wanted to install the OS. Told him he probably wouldn’t be able to as I had picked out an arch based distro. I’d never installed arch myself. Look, when Food Lion came to place I lived in the 80s, I didn’t have the ability to just google why that weird looking lion was in the name. But you do. They acquired an American chain called Food Town and later wanted to expand into an area that already had Food Towns. They thought to use the lion to distinguish themselves from the other stores and one of the original founders realized it wouldn’t be too expensive to just change the Town to Lion, so they did.

But literally none of those verbs are “uphold”!
