Not at all. This agreement withdraws IDF forces from southern Lebanon. It’s a coordinated withdrawal within 60 days, as IDF forces move out Lebanese armed forces move in. The whole point is to enforce UNSCR 1701 because UNIFIL was unable to. Here’s the full text of the agreement.
I don’t think the article you linked is sufficient evidence for her being an islamophobe. Reading some of her history, her opposition to the bill seems based on paranoia that the Iranian government could use it as an avenue to attack her or other women’s rights activists from the region.
I say it’s based on paranoia because the Iranian government has gone to great lengths to punish her:

The intent and type of group being targeted are also part of the criteria.
In this case it would be Israel intending to destroy, in whole or in part, Palestinians. Which South Africa is trying to prove in court using statements that Israeli politicians have made and the actions of the IDF.

I’m not sure how they got their numbers. I checked the Humdata site it shows 2905 trucks in September and 3096 trucks in August. Averaging around 97 and 100 trucks per day respectively. The article’s graph also shows May had more trucks than June which doesn’t match the data I saw.
I think the data I linked is from the UN which is their stated source, maybe they’re filtering the data on some criteria.
Edit: I was listening to the security council meeting concerning the middle east today. Algeria and United Kingdom representatives mentioned the lowest amount of humanitarian trucks entered last month since the start of the war. I found the UN report it’s from.
According to OCHA, in September 2024, an average of only 52 humanitarian trucks entered the Gaza Strip per day. This is well below the pre-crisis average of 500 trucks per working day.

The not an accident part has a decent argument. Considering that only a few shots were fired, one hit the dumpster she was hiding behind and one hit her in the head, it seems unlikely it was accidental.

I’m struggling to wrap my head around this crime. Two people shoot five bullets at an elementary school before 5am on a Saturday, then leave with their getaway driver. This crime was discovered a few hours later by school staff reporting evidence of a shooting.

The vast majority of registered voters support Israel Even among Democrats most (77%) will still vote for Biden even if they disagree with him. I had a hard time finding registered voters opinions vs Democrat voters, so I could be wrong. The exact wording seemed to make a big difference. The most disapproval was seen among young voters. This really isn’t a winning issue on either side.

I was really just responding to your characterization of the ceasefire agreement, but maybe I misunderstood what you meant.
As for the curfew the only real authority Israel has to issue a curfew is that they have a military presence in the area. There’s no real legal basis and the civilians don’t have an obligation to follow it, but I don’t think it’s that unreasonable while the military is withdrawing from the area.
