That is a weird thing to say. Russia, China and even the DPRK are ahead of the US in missile technology. The US is years behind on hypersonic missiles and you can easily verify this, you should not imagine these countries to be somehow technologically backwards compared to the west, if you believe so you have been misled by western propaganda. The US leads in air technology designed for asymmetrical warfare against non-peer opponents which is useless in a landwar against a modern adversary, and that’s completely ignoring the fact that they haven’t and won’t give Ukraine anything with more than a 50mile range as they don’t want Ukraine using it to attack mainland Russia starting ww3.

You need to get some perspective. The US is not the only power in this world and China’s scientific research is faster and more efficient than the US. China accounted for 24.3% of the entire world’s published research between 2018 and 2021 and it is pretty clear that they are collaborating with their strategic partners.
