I don’t see a way on how this could be done. Not in terms of technology, but in terms of the right way to do it. The post and interaction structure on Lemmy and Mastodon is very different
The internal model may be very different, but they look very similar from the interface. You have threads (posts only have a character limit in Mastodon), you can reply to a post, the tree hierarchy of comments in a thread is preserved in both… how are they different?
