I’m often in my bed instead!

I actually go grocery shopping on foot about 3 times a week, which is about 2500 steps each, but I need way more.

Top tips for MAXXXXing your SHRIMPIN:

      • Try curling up shrimp-esque in bed
      • Roll on your chair to the grocery store to never break your shrimp streak

I spent most of yesterday in bed, I’ll spend most of today in bed. I hate being sick :c

I usually walk to the gym twice a week, that’s an extra 3,500 steps a day, but it’s still so far from the recommended 10k a day. This past month, I had to take the car to the gym (I usually take the train, then walk, but they’re working on the rails and all trains are cancelled) and I definitely notice the missing steps.

the meme about walkable cities is 100% true btw, since moving to a city with good public transport I easily went from 1-2k steps a day to 10k if not more

I’m averaging 30 000 steps at work according to my smartwatch. At home I probably average 15, moving to couch, to shower and to bed
