I spent most of yesterday in bed, I’ll spend most of today in bed. I hate being sick :c
I usually walk to the gym twice a week, that’s an extra 3,500 steps a day, but it’s still so far from the recommended 10k a day. This past month, I had to take the car to the gym (I usually take the train, then walk, but they’re working on the rails and all trains are cancelled) and I definitely notice the missing steps.

walking to the gym is like treadmilling at the gym but free and you get to enjoy the outdoors
If you’re doing stuff at the gym anyway, treadmilling doesn’t cost extra …
no, not walking to the gym costs travel money like bus or car or train or taxi
