Say I want to block, as an example, all top level posts that contain a link to mensheath.com, or vivaldi.com, can I do that?

Favorited. If I were ever to try to make a new “Lemmy”, this would be a top-three non-negotiable feature. There are so many (non-serious, click-baity, or pay-walled)sites I would rather block, but I’ve settled for blocking users who post them too much.
