What is your occupation and income?” If answers are unsatisfactory, the girl leaves. This is basically my parents (arranged) marriage in a nutshell, my paternal grandparents help my father get funding for housing. Marriage is expected in society, and it is very much transactional, probably explain why they argue so fucking much.
