OTTAWA, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Canada, seeking tighter ties with the European Union, will boost its investment in European Space Agency programs by C$528.5 million ($377.96 million), a tenfold increase compared to previous contributions, a top cabinet member said on Tuesday.

    It’s weird how easily the Western world adapts to a US-shaped hole in the middle of it. The pieces were all there, but governments were lazy and just used whatever the USA had to offer. Without that option, they are getting creative and possibly more efficient.
