Fuck sake, that’s so annoying, I figured you guys would be exempt from this shittery.
Someone close to me is on a win 11 box and has grown to hate windows in general with its stupid priorities and covert opt-in-by-default privacy invasions. But they’ve been paralyzed with anxiety about installing Linux and procrastinating on buying a new SSD to install it onto.
Anyway all of this oversharing is to say this post provoked me hard enough to spend hours finding a decent replacement drive to buy and give to this person so they can just get the fuck off their janky busted ass windows install.
So, thank you. You have my sympathy.
