    Homelessness, cost of living, and traffic are mainly city problems. Homeless people tend to go to cities where they can get some support and people are walking around to give them money. Housing is cheaper in rural area (pay is less and there are fewer opportunities, so that balances it out a little). Traffic in rural areas is almost non-existent.
