It depends where you’re at. I had an apartment that was basically like a little house (connected to a few others). 1 floor, so no one above me, private entrance, a little outdoor patio area with a privacy fence, a full sized washer/dryer, at the time it had just been redone so everything was brand new (I got to peel the plastic off the washer/dryer. It had a dishwasher as well, and the dedicated laundry room actually provided a good amount of storage space. It looks like the place is currently somewhere around $1,100 to $1,300. $1,450 for 2 bed, 2 bath. It had a lot of the nice features, but wasn’t a “luxury” place with over the top amenities that no one uses, but leads to triple the rent price. When I was there around 8 years ago I think I paid around $850. I see a review that says rent will go up about $35/year, which seems about in line with what I’m seeing.
