Instead of plugin hybrids, which have both a combustion engine for petrol and a relatively large rechargeable battery. Also it does not include hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
I thought just “EV” didn’t include hybrids
BEV: battery-electric
FCEV: fuel-cell electric (hydrogen)
(P)HEV: (plug in) hybrid-electric
All of them are part of the EVs.
