The graphics show the biggest free features of patch 1.7. I’ve heard from people online that the performance improvements are quite real.

The Spheres of Influence mechanic should add more depth to the diplomacy and geopolitics of the game—something many players have been looking forward to. It’s always nice when Paradox releases updates that refine their titles while keeping things fresh with expansions.
