Same thing we do every week Pinky

Well, I’m officially an unemployed bum this weekend. Today was the last day at the job I’ve had for the last 5 years.

That’s because a competitor gave me a better offer, and I’m starting there on Monday. I was going to get a haircut, but I realized that the lack of one, combined with not having shaved in a while, makes me look the part for Saturday and Sunday.

So… I’ll be clearing out my phone and laptop of anything pertaining to the old job, I guess.

Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail Expansion released today, so that’s what I’m going to be playing all weekend.

Sunday we got a boat rented with Cap’n, 11 other idiots and I are gonna go swim, check out some caves, get (more) sun then head back in the afternoon for a late lunch at the beach bar. Celebrating a couple of us getting older.

Last weekend I was in the final stages of selling my house and there was too much stuff to do to really relax. This weekend I’m not doing a dang thing, I’m gonna sit back and watch SGDQ or maybe the Olympics or something and play video games.

I have a kid’s birthday party to attend. That’s about it.

Taking naps. Watching Hong Kong/ Chinese action films.

Broke a tooth this morning, an ancient filling came apart. A local dentist repaired in but now I need a crown. So I’m going to spend the weekend chewing on the other side, and living on liquid I suppose because that is expensive.
