I really would strike out the no drugs part and also the natural birth.
For some women it might work, but others are going through hell and some are even dying. There is no need for that and I think there is no shame in taking something to relieve the pain or to get a C-section. Follow your feelings and try to follow the doctors advice (if possible).

No judgement here, and my wife has always said she never judges how anyone gives birth.
