I wish I could have been there so I could also film a shitty version on my phone, rather than experiencing it.
Don’t worry. You clearly would’ve been too focused on how everyone else wasn’t “watching correctly” and wouldn’t have enjoyed it anyhow.
True, but the feeling of superiority would be like no other
I’ve been in that situation. The feeling was a bit hollow, and came with it’s own regrets. As it turns out, we record things for a reason.
Fifteen years ago, I didn’t record my favorite song being played live and now I can’t find a video of it because, believe it or not, there isn’t a record of every single live performance on earth ever. I’ve listened to other performances from the same tour, but it isn’t the same as what I heard. That’s the nature of live music, though.
This event isn’t the same, I get that. Just sharing my experience from when I also held this opinion.
I usually record like 5-10 seconds and then we ball ^^
Oh God, one of my hands will be in use. I’ll definitely never be able to muster up the coordination to keep my eyes open while I hold a phone up! Never!
Looks like this was a performance by Anyma

Dude is in some kind of a tech brain-rot, but EDM concerts are always such trippy rides.

GWAR should play the Sphere.
I had no idea the inside also had screens, that’s awesome!
…really? what did you think people did inside? like what did you think it was for?
Another bass pro shop?
Orthogonal solids only.
Down in front!
This looks amazing!
The sphere is cool but I don’t have any interest in going again. Maybe if I was a U2 fan. I wonder how much repeat biz they get.
That’s true of a lot of Vegas. Or vacation spots in general.
Is this a hologram?
Why isn’t it dancing?
