      Better wash my hands before I start cooking.

      I should also pee before I get started cooking

        This kind of thing bugs me so much.

        At one point I had to sit down and write out a list of every action I do whenever I get home, and then sequence them to minimize the required number of handwashings.

      Given the rate and age of onset of dementia / Alzheimer’s for people with ADHD, I can understand where you’d get this. But no, I wouldn’t use the example as evidence of advanced aging or senility, it happens for kids, too.
