A thinly veiled attack on anyone they deem “undesirable.” They’re cherry-picking buzzwords – “illegal immigration,” “child trafficking,” “terrorism” – to justify screwing over people who dedicated years to public service. They’re basically saying, “If you don’t align with our twisted version of ‘American values,’ you can kiss your loan forgiveness goodbye.”

And the whole “perverse incentives” bullshit about tuition costs? Please. That’s a smokescreen. They’re blaming the victims, not the predatory system that created the debt in the first place.
