Precisely why I simultaneously agree with some statements by tankies and vehemently oppose them. I’m against all forms of authoritarianism, whether that’s fascist, socialist, or whatever it is both major parties in the US are. Government power should be as limited as possible while protecting the people from each other and foreign elements.
