I’ve searched many instances and I haven’t found one that matches the content that I make.
I’m a Content Creator that takes video game concepts (pretty much exclusively TF2) and extrapolates them further into philosophy and larger life ideals/concepts.
I’ve found a few gaming instances but since my content is not about gaming as a whole or entirely about gaming in general it feels weird to make that my home.
I’ve found some LGBTQ+ instances and considered though because I’m non-binary myself but my content is again… Mostly unrelated…
Does anyone have any recommendations that they think could work? I’d love to be able to post my work onto peertube and help grow the fediverse where I can.

From a quick glance, your content could probably fit well on https://spectra.video/ - as long as it is OC, it has a good home there. If you want to utilize automatic mirroring from YT with the built-in yt-dlp feature of PeerTube, https://peertube.wtf/ still had that one working last time I checked. (Problem there being that YT blocks IP ranges from most servers, so yt-dlp will fail to download the videos).
Lastly, I can advertise my own instance - although I am slowly reaching the point where I will have to consider not taking on more accounts, and it is still just a personal project - whereas other instances in the above list have been around for quite a while longer and are more proven on that front.
Why not hosting it yourself?
