I loved pvz back in the day, before it got junked up by EA. I have no idea what the state of the game is anymore. Curious if this would be worth playing for a bit of nostalgia.

I still keep a copy of a pre-EA version on my pc, as that was the cleanest one. I played pvz2 for a bit back when it launched and don’t remember it being complete shite, but it was absolutely riddled with mtx. As far as the other pvz games, holy hell what a shitshow.

The existence of this game was leaked a week back, not surprising.

While my money won’t touch anything involving EA related, I’m really afraid of what they might do to the game’s mobile ports (that is if they even port it)

Lame that there’s no Mac version. If the original game could do it in 2009 with a smaller dev team why not now?

Why would they?) Mac is not needed.

You can cross compile for Linux from windows. You can cross compile from linux to windows. You could develop for Android and Swtitch from PC.

But you need god damn Mac to develop for mac or iOS.

I won’t build software for Mac unless I am threatened heavily.
