If we’re serious about housing affordability, we can’t just count units. We have to care about where and how we build.

    THERE ARE ENOUGH HOMES.

    I am so fucking sick of the “build more” mentality that completely ignores the fact the US has millions more homes than people who need them. We don’t need to build more, we need to liberate housing from the capitalist dragons who are hoarding what already exists.
