Canada Sauce Ketchup
You should try making your own sometime. It’s crazy good.
Beat me to it in saying this, however I will extend that suggestion to say make your own vinegar to go in the ketchup. You can make so many tasty different vinegars.
My wife just made a batch of ketchup with the recipe below after our local stores were temporarily out of French’s. It tastes pretty good, at least as good as French’s or Heinz, and she likes that she could reduce the sugar and use organic tomato paste.

Something to keep in mind is if you have a diet that requires you to avoid sugar(diabetic/keto) don’t buy heinz no sugar added, it’s made in the USA. Buy French’s they make no sugar added ketchup made in Canada with the same ingredients as there regular blend but use sucralose instead of sugar. (Haven’t found a brand that’s Canadian owned that I can buy outside of amazon :( )
I’m just wondering how hard it would be to make your own at home. It’s pretty much just tomato puree and vinegar. Sugar optional.
Guessing from this comment that it isn’t too hard.
I like Nanny Hudson’s. You can but it at some Metro stores in Ontario. Made in Lyn, ON.
