  • I’m sure it’s like pissing into the ocean but I went back and edited my most popular posts and replaced them with AI generated nonsense that is supposed to be difficult to classify for LLM AI’s. I doubt it will have an effect but it would certainly be funny if you had enough people do it.

I guess because they are grammatically correct but contain paradoxes, ambiguity, and are utter nonsense.
    Here are some samples:
“Silent thunder vibrates noiselessly through the colorful darkness, illuminating unseen sights with invisible light in a transparent fog.”
“The invisible painting, clear as day, vividly colors the transparent wall, telling untold stories in a language never spoken.”
“The motionless wind, still yet turbulent, swiftly calms the turbulent stillness of a restless peace in a serene tempest.”

  • I don’t hate children but children under age 6-8 creep me out. I get a flight response when I am put into a situation where I have to be around a toddler or baby. I have always thought it was an uncanny valley thing though. As soon as they can make complete coherent sentences though, it’s awesome. It’s incredible to watch them learn, absorb, and have them experience new things.

  • I know my netflix cancellation went toward a fast usenet account. When netflix first came out, it was great and I stopped my own piracy because it was easy, convenient, and affordable to use. Then other streaming services came out and it was still convenient and I paid for those. Then they started increasing the rates, decreasing the amount of content and making the service less accessible. Well thanks guys, you drove me back to piracy as it is now easier and cheaper to get content from a usenet server than for legitimately paying for it.

  • Diplomatic immunity is a legal fiction. On whose authority does he have diplomatic immunity? It’s not some magical construct, it describes the pressure that can be exacted by the diplomat’s country were that diplomat to be detained or run afoul of some law in the host country. It’s not like there is some central overarching authority handing out Diplomatic Immunity cards. It’s based upon ad-hoc agreements between nations. South Africa can do as they please. They will have to face any potential consequences from either Russia for enforcing the ICC arrest warrant, or from the ICC for not enforcing the warrant.

The ICC doesn’t have nukes. All that said, hard to give the launch order when you are dead so lets hope for misadventure.
